Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Center, David Sheldrik ( Full Day)
Pick up by our driver guide from your Nairobi city hotel at 0600hrs and depart for Nairobi National Park which is the closest National Park to Nairobi City. Located 7 kilometers south of Nairobi center, Major wildlife attractions in this park are the Black rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, buffaloes, Giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, elands and diverse bird life with over 400 species recorded. Other attractions include the Ivory burning site Monument, Nairobi Safari Walk, the Orphanage and the walking trails at hippo.
After the game drive, proceed to David Sheldrick Wildlife orphanage, for elephant calves and rhinos from all over Kenya. Enjoy a heartwarming sight of the calves being bottle fed on their milk formula, and after, a happy, playful and splashy mud bath like toddlers, to keep cool under the harsh sun. After Lunch at carnivore restaurant Nairobi proceeds for a visit to Giraffe center a breeding center for the endangered Rothschild giraffe, a subspecies of the giraffe, only found in the grasslands of East Africa. Later drop off at Nairobi Hotel or Airport.
